1. 利用規約の同意
BuddyTalkアプリをダウンロードまたは使用することで、本利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。
2. サービスの説明
BuddyTalkはAI技術を活用した英語学習アプリケーションで、会話練習、発音評価、単語学習ゲームなどの機能を提供します。
3. ユーザーアカウント
アプリの使用にはApple IDが必要です。アカウント情報の機密性を維持する責任はお客様にあります。
4. サブスクリプション規約
4.1 サブスクリプションプラン
BuddyTalkは以下のサブスクリプションプランを提供します：
- 月額プラン：¥300/月
4.2 支払いと自動更新
重要：以下の条件に同意したものとみなされます
- 購読の確認時に、iTunesアカウントに課金されます
- 現在の期間が終了する24時間前までに自動更新を無効にしない限り、サブスクリプションは自動的に更新されます
- 現在の期間が終了する前の24時間以内にアカウントに更新料金が請求されます
- 更新料金は、選択されたプランの料金と同額です
4.3 サブスクリプションの管理とキャンセル
サブスクリプションは購入後、以下の方法で管理およびキャンセルできます：
- iPhoneまたはiPadの「設定」アプリを開く
- 画面上部の[あなたの名前]をタップ
- 「サブスクリプション」をタップ
- 「BuddyTalk」を選択
- 「サブスクリプションをキャンセルする」をタップ
注意：現在の請求期間が終了するまで、サブスクリプションは有効です。
4.4 キャンセルのタイミング
自動更新を回避するには：
- 現在の期間が終了する少なくとも24時間前までにキャンセルする必要があります
- 期間終了の24時間以内にキャンセルした場合、次の期間の料金が請求されます
- キャンセルは次の請求期間の開始時に有効になります
4.5 返金ポリシー
すべての購入とサブスクリプションはAppleのApp Storeポリシーに従います：
- 返金はAppleのApp Storeを通じてのみ処理されます
- 返金をリクエストするには：reportaproblem.apple.comにアクセス
- 返金の承認はAppleの裁量により決定されます
- 返金が承認された場合、サブスクリプションへのアクセスは直ちに終了します
5. 禁止事項
以下の行為は禁止されています：
- アプリの不正使用またはリバースエンジニアリング
- 他のユーザーまたはサービスへの妨害
- 違法または不正な目的でのアプリの使用
- アプリのコンテンツの不正コピーまたは配布
6. サービスの変更と終了
当社は、予告なくアプリの機能を変更、一時停止、または終了する権利を留保します。
7. 免責事項
BuddyTalkは「現状のまま」提供されます。当社は、サービスの中断がないこと、エラーがないこと、またはセキュリティ侵害がないことを保証しません。
8. 準拠法
本利用規約は日本国の法律に準拠し、解釈されます。

Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading or using the BuddyTalk app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Service Description
BuddyTalk is an English learning application powered by AI technology, offering conversation practice, pronunciation evaluation, word learning games, and more.
3. User Accounts
Using the app requires an Apple ID. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
4. Subscription Terms
4.1 Subscription Plans
BuddyTalk offers the following subscription plans:
- Monthly Plan: $3.00/month
4.2 Payment and Auto-Renewal
Important: By subscribing, you agree to the following:
- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- The renewal charge will be the same as your selected plan
4.3 Managing and Cancelling Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be managed and cancelled after purchase:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your name at the top of the screen
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Select "BuddyTalk"
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
Note: Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
4.4 Cancellation Timing
To avoid auto-renewal:
- You must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- If you cancel within 24 hours of the period ending, you will be charged for the next period
- Cancellation takes effect at the start of the next billing period
4.5 Refund Policy
All purchases and subscriptions are subject to Apple's App Store policies:
- Refunds are processed only through Apple's App Store
- To request a refund: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Refund approval is at Apple's discretion
- If a refund is approved, subscription access ends immediately
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are prohibited:
- Misuse or reverse engineering of the app
- Interference with other users or services
- Using the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Unauthorized copying or distribution of app content
6. Service Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue app features without notice.
7. Disclaimer
BuddyTalk is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

- 续订费用与您选择的计划相同
4.3 管理和取消订阅

- 打开iPhone或iPad上的"设置"应用
- 点击屏幕顶部的您的名字
- 点击"订阅"
- 选择"BuddyTalk"
- 点击"取消订阅"
注意：您的订阅在当前计费期结束前保持有效。
4.4 取消时间
避免自动续订：
- 必须在当前期间结束前至少24小时取消
- 如果在期间结束前24小时内取消，将收取下一期费用
- 取消在下一个计费期开始时生效
4.5 退款政策
所有购买和订阅均受Apple App Store政策约束：
- 退款仅通过Apple App Store处理
- 申请退款：访问 reportaproblem.apple.com
- 退款批准由Apple自行决定
- 如果批准退款，订阅访问立即结束
5. 禁止行为
禁止以下行为：
- 滥用或逆向工程应用程序
- 干扰其他用户或服务
- 将应用程序用于非法或未经授权的目的
- 未经授权复制或分发应用内容
6. 服务修改和终止
我们保留在不通知的情况下修改、暂停或终止应用功能的权利。

BuddyTalk按"原样"提供。我们不保证服务不会中断、无错误或安全。
