社会クエスト 利用規約
1. はじめに
「合格社会クエスト」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）をご利用いただきありがとうございます。本利用規約は、本アプリの利用者（以下「ユーザー」といいます）と開発者（以下「当方」といいます）との間での利用条件を定めるものです。
2. 利用条件
ユーザーは、本規約に同意した上で本アプリを利用するものとします。
- 本アプリは中学受験社会（地理・歴史・公民）の学習支援を目的としています。
- アプリ内のコンテンツの著作権は当方に帰属します。
- 営利目的での無断転載や再配布を禁止します。
3. アプリ内課金
本アプリには「広告削除」（買い切りの非消費型アプリ内課金）があります。これはクイズ開始前の広告を非表示にするもので、学習コンテンツはご購入の有無にかかわらずすべて無料でご利用いただけます。購入の復元にも対応しています。
4. 免責事項
本アプリのコンテンツは正確性を期していますが、その内容の完全性や正確性を保証するものではありません。本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、当方は一切の責任を負いません。
5. 規約の変更
当方は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は本アプリ内または本サイトに掲載した時点で効力を生じるものとします。

Shakai Quest - Terms of Service
1. Introduction
Thank you for using "Gokaku Shakai Quest" (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). These Terms of Service set forth the conditions of use between the user (hereinafter referred to as "the User") and the developer (hereinafter referred to as "the Developer").
2. Terms of Use
The User shall use the App upon agreeing to these terms.
- The App is intended to support social studies learning (geography, history, civics) for junior high school entrance exams.
- Copyrights of the contents in the App belong to the Developer.
- Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution for commercial purposes is prohibited.
3. In-App Purchase
The App offers a single non-consumable in-app purchase, "Remove Ads," which hides the interstitial ads shown before quiz sessions. All learning content is available for free regardless of purchase, and purchase restoration is supported.
4. Disclaimer
While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the content. The Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
5. Changes to Terms
The Developer may change these terms as necessary. The revised terms shall become effective when posted within the App or on this site.
