1. 同意と適用

本規約は、TrailFusion AI（以下「当方」）が提供する「合格！英語クエスト」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めます。本アプリを利用することで、本規約とプライバシーポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。未成年者は保護者の確認を得て利用してください。最終更新日：2026年8月8日。

1. Agreement and scope

These terms govern “English Quest,” provided by TrailFusion AI (“we”). By using the app, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Minors should use the app with guardian approval. Last updated: August 8, 2026.

2. サービス内容

本アプリは、文法・語彙・会話・TOEIC・TOEFL・CET等の英語学習、実力テスト、文法マスター帳、学習記録、ランキング等を提供します。学習結果や試験スコアの向上・合格を保証するものではありません。ランキングへの参加、ニックネームや年齢の入力は任意です。

2. Service

The app provides English-learning quizzes, exam practice, the Grammar Master Book, progress records, and optional rankings. It does not guarantee a particular score, qualification, admission, or learning outcome.

3. 無料利用と広告

通常クイズなどの基本機能は無料で利用できます。無料版には広告が表示される場合があります。広告在庫や通信状況によって、広告を利用した開放機能が使えない場合があります。

3. Free use and ads

Core quizzes are available free of charge. The free version may show ads. Ad-supported unlocks may be unavailable because of network conditions or ad inventory.

4. アプリ内課金と料金

  • 広告削除：買い切り。参考価格 ¥600。
  • 文法マスター帳：全12章・330ページ、理解チェック、広告削除を含む買い切り。参考価格 ¥1,500。
  • 模試チケット：1回券または5回券の消耗型商品。受験時に1枚消費し、消耗型のため復元対象外。
  • Quest Pro：月額または年額の自動更新サブスクリプション。広告削除、模試受け放題、詳細分析、文法マスター帳全ページを含みます。

実際の価格・通貨・税・利用可能な商品は購入確認画面に表示されるApp StoreまたはGoogle Playの情報が優先されます。購入はストアアカウントに請求されます。買い切り商品と有効な購読は、同じストアアカウントで「購入を復元」できます。

4. In-app purchases and pricing

  • Remove Ads: one-time purchase; reference price ¥600.
  • Grammar Master Book: one-time unlock of 12 chapters and 330 pages, comprehension checks, and ad removal; reference price ¥1,500.
  • Exam Tickets: consumable packs of one or five attempts; one ticket is consumed per eligible exam and consumed tickets cannot be restored.
  • Quest Pro: monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription including no ads, unlimited eligible mock exams, detailed analysis, and all Grammar Master Book pages.

The storefront confirmation screen controls the actual price, currency, tax, and availability. Charges are made to your App Store or Google Play account. Restorable one-time purchases and active subscriptions can be restored with the same store account.

5. Quest Proの更新・解約

Quest Proは、現在の期間終了の24時間以上前に解約しない限り自動更新される場合があります。購入後はApple IDまたはGoogle Playのサブスクリプション設定から管理・解約できます。解約後も原則として支払済み期間の終了まで利用できます。無料トライアルや割引が表示された場合、その条件はストア購入画面に従います。

5. Quest Pro renewal and cancellation

Quest Pro may renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Any trial or offer is governed by the storefront confirmation screen.

6. 返金

購入・返金はAppleまたはGoogleの規約と手続に従います。当方がストア決済を直接返金することはできません。Appleの購入サポートまたはGoogle Playの払い戻し案内をご確認ください。

6. Refunds

Purchases and refunds are governed by Apple’s or Google’s procedures. We cannot directly refund a storefront transaction. See Apple purchase support or Google Play refund help.

7. 禁止事項・知的財産

コンテンツの無断転載・販売・再配布、リバースエンジニアリング、不正アクセス、ランキングや課金状態の改ざん、他者への迷惑行為を禁止します。本アプリ、問題、文章、画像、音声、デザイン等の権利は当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。

7. Prohibited conduct and intellectual property

You may not redistribute or sell content without permission, reverse engineer the app, access systems unlawfully, manipulate rankings or purchase status, or harm others. Rights in the app, questions, text, images, audio, and designs belong to us or their lawful owners.

8. 変更・停止・免責

当方は、保守、障害、法令・ストア規約への対応その他合理的な理由により、機能の変更・中断・終了を行う場合があります。内容の正確性と安定性に努めますが、完全性、特定目的適合性、常時利用可能性を保証しません。適用法で認められる範囲で、間接損害・特別損害・逸失利益について責任を負いません。

8. Changes, suspension, and disclaimer

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, outages, legal or store compliance, or other reasonable causes. We strive for accuracy and availability but do not guarantee completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential loss.

9. Appleに関する補足

iOS版にはAppleの標準エンドユーザ使用許諾契約（Standard EULA）も適用されます。本規約とStandard EULAが抵触する場合、適用される範囲でStandard EULAが優先します。

9. Apple notice

The iOS version is also licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. Where applicable and conflicting, Apple’s Standard EULA controls.
