本ポリシーは、TrailFusion AI（以下「当方」）が提供するモバイルアプリ「合格！英語クエスト」（以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。最終更新日：2026年8月8日。
1. Scope
This policy applies to “English Quest,” a mobile application provided by TrailFusion AI (“we”). Last updated: August 8, 2026.
2. 取り扱う情報

| ランキング情報 | 端末ごとの匿名ID、任意のニックネーム・年齢、OSロケールから推定した国、公開設定に応じた学習成績。正確な位置情報は取得しません。 |
| 利用・技術情報 | 画面や機能の利用状況、アプリバージョン、OS・端末に関する一般的情報、不具合情報。分析を無効にする設定がある場合はその設定を尊重します。 |
| 広告情報 | 広告の表示・反応に関する情報および広告配信に必要な端末情報。本アプリは子ども向け設定、全年齢向け広告、非パーソナライズ広告を要求します。 |
| 購入情報 | 商品ID、購入状態、サブスクリプション状態。決済情報やカード番号はAppleまたはGoogleが処理し、当方は取得しません。 |

2. Information handled
We may handle answers, scores, study time, streaks, Grammar Master Book progress, an anonymous device identifier, optional nickname and age, country inferred from the OS locale, feature usage, app/OS/device information, diagnostics, ad interactions, product identifiers, purchase or subscription status, and information you send to support. We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, or payment-card details.

- 広告表示、購入確認、購入復元、サブスクリプション機能の提供
- 品質改善、利用状況の分析、不具合・クラッシュの調査
- 問い合わせ対応、法令・ストア規約への対応、権利保護
3. Purposes
We use information to provide and restore learning progress, operate optional rankings, deliver ads, verify purchases and subscriptions, improve the app, investigate errors, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and comply with law and store rules.
4. 外部サービス
本アプリは、提供機能に応じて次のサービスを利用します。
- Google Firebase Analytics / Google Mobile Ads（利用分析、クラッシュ調査、広告）
- Supabase（ランキング等のバックエンド）
- Apple App Store / Google Play（購入・サブスクリプション）
- Cloudflare（文法画像・音声等のコンテンツ配信）
これらの事業者は、それぞれの規約・ポリシーに従い情報を処理する場合があります。
4. Service providers
Depending on the feature used, we use Google Firebase Analytics and Google Mobile Ads, Supabase, Apple App Store or Google Play billing, and Cloudflare content delivery. Each provider may process information under its own privacy policy.

6. 保存・削除・安全管理
学習進捗の多くは端末内に保存され、アプリ削除や設定からのリセットで削除できます。ランキング等のサーバー情報は、提供・不正防止・法令対応に必要な期間保存します。当方はアクセス制御、通信の暗号化その他の合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。削除・訂正・照会の依頼は下記窓口へご連絡ください。
6. Retention, deletion, and security
Most progress is stored on the device and can be removed by resetting the app or uninstalling it. Server-side ranking records are retained only as needed to operate the service, prevent abuse, or comply with law. We use reasonable access controls and encrypted transport. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion.
