本規約は、TrailFusion AI（以下「当方」）が提供する「合格！ITクエスト」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めます。本アプリを利用することで、本規約とプライバシーポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。最終更新日：2026年9月20日。
1. Agreement and scope
These terms govern “IT Quest,” provided by TrailFusion AI (“we”). By using the app, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Last updated: September 20, 2026.
2. サービス内容
本アプリは、ITパスポート試験の学習を支援する問題演習、学習パス、実力テスト、復習、学習記録、任意のランキング等を提供します。試験の合格、得点、資格取得を保証するものではありません。
2. Service
The app provides IT Passport exam quizzes, learning paths, mock tests, review, progress records, and optional rankings. It does not guarantee a score, examination result, or qualification.
3. 無料利用と広告
入門・標準問題などの基本機能は無料で利用できます。無料版には広告が表示される場合があります。広告在庫や通信状況によって、広告を利用した一時開放機能が利用できない場合があります。
3. Free use and ads
Core beginner and standard quizzes are available free of charge. The free version may show ads. Ad-supported temporary unlocks may be unavailable because of network conditions or ad inventory.
4. アプリ内課金と料金
- 広告削除：買い切り。
- 追加コンテンツ：応用問題等の買い切り商品を提供する場合があります。
- Quest Pro（月額）：1か月単位の自動更新サブスクリプション。
実際の価格・通貨・税・利用可能な商品は、App StoreまたはGoogle Playの購入確認画面に表示される情報が優先されます。復元可能な買い切り商品と有効な購読は、同じストアアカウントで復元できます。
4. In-app purchases and pricing
The app may offer one-time purchases such as ad removal and additional content, plus Quest Pro (Monthly), an auto-renewing subscription with a one-month duration. The storefront confirmation screen controls actual pricing, currency, taxes, and availability.
5. Quest Proの更新・解約
Quest Proは、現在の期間終了の24時間以上前に解約しない限り自動更新されます。更新料は期間終了前の24時間以内にアカウントへ請求されます。Apple IDまたはGoogle Playのサブスクリプション設定から管理・解約できます。無料トライアルが提供される場合、トライアル中に解約すれば料金は発生しません。
5. Quest Pro renewal and cancellation
Quest Pro renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings.
6. 返金
購入・返金はAppleまたはGoogleの規約と手続に従います。当方がストア決済を直接返金することはできません。
6. Refunds
Purchases and refunds are governed by Apple’s or Google’s procedures. We cannot directly refund a storefront transaction.
7. 禁止事項・知的財産
問題、解説、文章、画像、音声、デザイン等の無断転載・販売・再配布、不正アクセス、ランキングや課金状態の改ざん等を禁止します。権利は当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。
7. Prohibited conduct and intellectual property
You may not redistribute or sell app content without permission, unlawfully access systems, or manipulate rankings or purchase status. Rights belong to us or their lawful owners.
8. 変更・停止・免責
保守、障害、法令・ストア規約への対応その他合理的な理由により、機能の変更・中断・終了を行う場合があります。内容の正確性と安定性に努めますが、完全性、合格、常時利用可能性を保証しません。
8. Changes, suspension, and disclaimer
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, outages, legal or store compliance, or other reasonable causes. We do not guarantee completeness, examination success, or uninterrupted access.
9. Appleに関する補足
iOS版にはAppleの標準エンドユーザ使用許諾契約（Standard EULA）も適用されます。
